let’s hope the stories are true

The other day I read a post about a man who decided to go without using soap and shampoo for one year, just to “test it out”, so to speak.

Originally I was skeptical. It sounds pretty cool but seriously, no soap? Then the more I thought about it the more I realized how much sense it made. I mean, our bodies are bombarded by chemicals every day and we barely blink an eye at it. So if this theory is true, then I could expect softer, healthier skin, more manageable hair (who doesn’t want that!) AND save some money in the process.

So I figured why not. I’ll give it 30 days and see what happens. Maybe I just will be sure to keep my distance for a week or so before I test it out in full 😉

I’m posting every day in 2011!

I’ve decided I want to blog more. Rather than just thinking about doing it, I’m starting right now.  I will be posting on this blog once a day for all of 2011. This will encourage my creative writing habits, and help me develop discipline!

I know it won’t be easy, but it might be fun, inspiring, awesome and wonderful. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The DailyPost, and the community of other bloggers with similiar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can.

If you already read my blog, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way.

Signed,
